Shipping Policy

For delivery in the Okanagan Valley we will blanket wrap and bring your custom order in to your home or business.

Delivery fees vary depending on the physical size of the product and distance the address is from our studio. This can range from $0-$300.

As an example, if your home or business is within 5KM of our studio, and you ordered a small coffee table, delivery will be free of charge. If you order a large custom king size bed frame and need delivery to Kelowna, delivery will be in the $200-$300 range.

We do ship throughout North America. We will blanket wrap your piece and protect it safely in a custom crate.

Return & Exchange Policy
All pieces are made custom to order, and consequently we are unable to accept returns at this time.
We will replace or repair any items damaged in transit. The damage must be noted upon delivery. Due to the high costs of manufacturing, packaging, and freight charges, we are unable to offer refunds on orders for buyers remorse.
